People always remember how we make them feel, sometimes because of our contagious passion and sometimes because of our nervousness.
So how can we deliver a message that leaves a positive trace to an audience? How can we calm our nerves and deliver with impact, confidence, ease?
The answer is within the body. When we consciously align how we move (our body) with what we say (our mind) and the goals we want to achieve (our mindset), we find flow.
My mission is to help people connect to themselves by aligning their Body, Mind and Mindset so they connect to others. I do not 'polish' speakers, I help them enjoy giving presentations, pitches and talks so they feel confident, truly themselves and can grow their own style. When we use our movement consciously, we are a lot more in the present, aware about what is happening around us so we can make decisions to communicate the best way our message.
