The exercise is seven minutes long but I suggest you carve fifteen minutes in total for it. Ideally you can do it in the morning or evening but not straight before a meeting or a presentation.
You can practice it once a day but as it is quite powerful, a couple of times a week is enough. It is an exercise you can come back to when feeling overwhelmed and when you need a reboot.
The best is to use noise cancelling headphones or listen to it in a quiet room.
Use a chair as your back needs to be supported.
