Together To Raise Our Confidence

SPECIAL DECEMBER WORKSHOP

TOGETHERNESS Supporting Amnesty International.

Together To Raise Our Confidence

Created and delivered in collaboration with facilitator Emily Gardner.

We are tribal. We are a bit like pack animals, like geese flying in a V to save energy. As humans, our anxiety rises and our confidence lowers when we lose this sense of togetherness. However, we have the ability to adapt. As we started a second lockdown, this two-hour workshop will be exploring ways to share an experience that will heighten our confidence.

A 2-hour workshop to collaborate, share and learn how to activate our confidence. Be ready to try new things, change what you think Zoom workshops are about and hopefully leave with a filled up tank of support from around the globe!

This Workshop is for you if:

  • You are feeling isolated and demotivated to be working remotely and digitally.

  • Communicating online is a challenge or new to you.

  • You want to connect to others differently than on a transactional level.

  • You are looking for innovative ways to make online talks and presentations more exciting!

What you can expect:

  • To interact with others in many ways.

  • To contribute, listen and feed yourself.

  • To leave with a heart full of stories and shared experiences.

This workshop is free but a donation of £10 is suggested if you are waged. All donations will go to Amnesty International and support the relentless work they do for Human Rights. Donation Link.

Join, contribute and receive plenty of tools to feed forward!

Any questions, please let me know.
